Job Description

• Provide technical consultation and online technical support for AWS and AZURE cloud platforms according to customer needs.
• Deeply understand customer business architecture, empower customers, and drive operational and disaster recovery capabilities upgrades.

• Assist team leader in building and maintaining the company's basic front-end and back-end network environment.

Qualifications for the position

• Local citizen of Singapore.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related field, with at least 1 year of experience in server operation and maintenance or 1T technical support.
• Have a certain foundation in networking, with a deep understanding of principles such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Familiar with commonly used Linux server commands, and familiar with commonly used databases such as Mysql, Redis, and Mongdb.
• Familiar with common operation and maintenance tools and technologies, such as Nginx, Docker, Jenkins, Tomcat, etc.
• Familiar with common scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and Go, with users of these languages given priority.
• Prioritizing those with a foundation in languages such as Java, C+, C#, and JavaScript.
• Prioritizing those with game operation and third-party API integration experience.
• Having strong independent analysis and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to urgent situations with online customers.
• Having a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning and knowledge acquisition abilities, excellent document creation abilities, able to express architectural intentions clearly through text and diagrams, and able to proficiently write various technical documents.
• Familiar with the use of common cloud environments such as AWS, AZURE, etc., with those having relevant experience in using cloud computing vendors and holding relevant certificates given priority.
